Mojo Monday - I'm back

I have been gone for a while... Close to two years. And, even though that is not really that long in the great big picture of life, it is a long while when it comes to crafts. I would love to say that I have been busy crafting during that time. But, the truth is, I HAVE NOT! To make matters worst, I have not even touched any of my crafting stuff during my absence. I have left dust settle, double sided sticky tape get fuzzy with kitty hair, and glue dry up. After some soul searching and some deep cleaning, I have decided to start back up again.

I don't know why I have decided to start crafting again. The only thing I do know is that I am happy to once again be in the craft room, cleaning up the dirt (the dust is so thick at this point that it is dirt!), and looking through my supplies and old samples.

So, to start things out again, I am going back to posting MoJo Monday challenges! Here is this weeks sketch:

Color Challenge 3-10-09

I am so excited with todays color challenge. I love using this color combination and always find myself going back to these colors when ever I go into my room to start scraping, or card making. I even found that if you swap the pink out and replace it for a blue (or two) you have a great combination for any "boy" items you need to make.

Mojo Monday Sketch

I know! I almost missed todays Mojo Monday sketch. I like todays sketch a lot. It actually reminds me of cards that I made in the past.

Well, have fun with today's sketch, and check back tomorrow for the color challenge. I will also try to post some fun cards tomorrow that use todays sketch.... just to help give you a little more inspiration.

I seen this sketch on SplitCoast today and thought I would share it with you all. At first I really didn't like the sketch (kind of like this weeks Mojo Monday) but after I seen the cards made with it I kind of changed my mind (again, kind of like the weeks Mojo Monday).

Things have been kind of crazy around here and I forgot to post this yesterday. Truthfully I am not too into this sketch but I think with a little tweaking it could have its possiblities. I would love to see what you all can do with this... (maybe the bow is what gets me)
